Addicted

: Dependent psychologically and physically on something habit forming;

Addiction is a bad habit that ruins health physically as well as mentally and harms relationships or breaks financially. Drug (heroin) addicts are on the top of all addictions and think about them how did they caught in such a disastrous habit. Most drug addict will say the same things that they first tried it in sack of pleasure and took it easy next time they tried and try turned into habit. The attraction of addict will not let the addict get rid of drug. Typical unpleasant feeling of addict will demand for drugs. The addiction is not only limited to the drugs. There are some more addict :
  • Alcoholic addict -excessive intake of alcoholic drinks leading to a breakdown in health.
  • Tobacco addict - smoking, chewing tobacco.
  • Food addict - excessive consumption of food, obesity.
  • Computer addict - Computer games addict, facebook addict, porn addict,
  • Video game addict - Play Station, Saga, Nintendo and many more games.
  • Television viewer - watching TV serial, cartoon and other programmes.
  • Gambler addict - Casino addict, Stock market trading addict.
  • Lust addiction - addict of making and thinking about sex all the time.
  • Money addict - think money, dream money and talk money.
Addicted person always think it is easy for him to leave the habit but in fact it's not that easy to quit habit. I used to smoke for many years and quit smoking. My body reacted on that make me feel eat instead of smoking, I raised almost 5 kilo of weight within 15 day of quitting smoking. So, simply I replaced my addiction from smoking to food. There are many more addictions than listed above, every person should take a break of routine life to get rid of any routine habits. Like travelling for week or 10 days will put you out of all routine habits.

Any habit that goes beyond its limit, at extreme level is not good at all, like you love eating rice, but if you extremely eat rice, can cause trouble for you. It's all about the balancing the habits, taking alcohol is not bad but limit for taking alcohol is must. Don't even try or test to take anything in limit because human brains are designed to go beyond.
